Photographs need to be printed, if only because they have been stored for decades and have every chance of surviving until our children appear. However, this is not the only reason.
1) TECHNOLOGY IS HEALTHY BUT POTENTIALLY UNRELIABLE.
Smartphones have given us the opportunity (for better or worse) to answer emails at 3 a.m., find the tricky question about little things in seconds, and easily take high-resolution photos. But this digital world has also changed the way we use these photos. Maybe you think that everything is in order because your photos are not in the cloud right now. But this is not normal when your child’s first photoshoot will live on a disk at the bottom of the storage cabinet. Unfortunately, you cannot assume that you can always access these photos, or that you can turn this disc into a photobook printing album next year.
2) WITHOUT PHOTOS, YOU MAY FORGET SOME OF YOUR EXCITING MOMENTS.
These are very important memories- your wedding day. Your child’s birthday. First and subsequent birthdays. The last days of pregnancy. Last school year. These are really special times, so we will never forget them, right? But how do we experience these moments again and again when they live on a disk, zip disk or in the cloud?
3) YOU WANT TO REMEMBER YOUR DAILY (REAL) LIFE.
Although it’s great to have an album full of professional photos, my favourite albums are from photographs of real everyday life. Everyday moments, those that paint a picture of your real life. These are quick shots of your child’s “artwork” created using powdered sugar on the kitchen floor, how your child looks while sleeping, or blurry photos when your husband first laughs at your daughter.
Although these points are not “large”, this does not mean that they are insignificant. They help you remember not only what happened and how someone looked, but how you felt at that moment. Happy, stupid, brave, puzzled, funny or displeased and angry- printing your photos helps you remember all this.
4) PHOTOBOOKS AND PHOTOS OF GOOD QUALITY Withstand THE TIME TEST.
Fortunately, print quality and technology have come a long way. We no longer need to print each photo as 10×15 and insert them separately into hundreds of plastic pockets (although if you want to go this route, go !!!! This is also one of the options to preserve the memories). Modern technology allows you to combine all your best photos – no matter where they are now – into one album and get a hard copy of it in the amazing quality of printing and production.
5) YOUR CHILDREN AND THEIR CHILDREN WILL BE Grateful
Having the ability to look back over time is priceless. Think for a moment about your grandchildren, looking back at your grandparents’ wedding day (yours) – to show them every detail and every bit of love. Or the opportunity to see your family album 2016 at a family dinner sometime through the years. Imagine stories that could and should be told at these moments. The custom photo book, which includes many photos that we shot during these crazy, sleepless, amazing and simply indescribable years of growing up children.
